CACM organizes mass one time procedures: exhibitions, seminars, conferences, contests, meetings, consultations etc. Procedures are held in auditoriums and halls; they can receive from 30 to 700 persons.

 There are several thousands people in the building during big procedures. Such huge current of visitors demands enormous expenses on keeping proper building condition as outward appearance as internal sight. CACM is engaged in these questions, exactly corrective maintenance of communication system, cosmetic and major repairs of the rooms and its accomplishment. Great attention is paid to greening of rooms and cabinets.
